Registry Information Access for Companies

Companies can access their information in the following two ways:

1. Log in to NemKonto’s self-service using MitID Erhverv.
2. If the company does not have access to MitID Erhverv, they can request a register extract.

To access your NemKonto information, you can use NemKonto’s self-service by following these steps:

1. Click on the blue “Log in” button in the upper right corner of the website.
2. Select “Log in as a company.”
3. Log in using MitID Erhverv.

There are no formal requirements. Therefore, you can contact us by phone, physical post, Digital Post or via our contact form. However, proper documentation is required to ensure data is only given to the correct recipient.

A company can request registry information access by following these steps:

1. Download and complete the form.
2. Attach valid documentation:
   • Proof of signatory authority e.g., articles of association. Sole proprietorships are exempt from this requirement.
   • Copy of valid ID for the authorized signatory.
3. Send the form and required documentation in one of the following ways:

If you do not wish to access all the types of information listed above, please specify this in your request.

Trustees and liquidators may request registry information access for companies in cases of bankruptcy or compulsory dissolution.

By default, the access request includes the following information processed about the company in the NemKonto system’s registers: account details, historical NemKonto, and account lookups. If you do not wish to access all of these types of information, please specify so in the request.

Trustees and liquidators must submit proper documentation (e.g., certificate or court record). The information is sent to the law firm’s Digital Post.

The agency may exempt information relating to third parties or information relating to security or technical aspects of the system.

Companies can appeal to the Agency for Digital Government if you believe the information is incorrect. The agency will assess the case and send you a deci-sion. The appeal must be in writing, include your CVR number and be sent to:
