Registry Information Access for Companies

Companies can access the information that the NemKonto register holds about the company in the following two ways:

1. Log on to the self-service with MitID Erhverv.
2. If the company does not have access to MitID Erhverv you can request registry information access from the Agency for Digital Government. 

Companies can gain access to the their own information from the NemKonto register by using the self-service.

1. Click the blue "log-on" button in the top right corner of the website.
2. Select "Log on as a company."
3. Log in with MitID Erhverv.

After successful login, the company can get access to the information that the NemKonto register holds about the company.

There are no formal requirements for your inquiry. Therefore, you can contact us by phone, by letter, via Digital Post, or through our contact form.

However, the Agency for Digital Government is obligated to identify the correct recipient, which is why we must ask for extra documentation in order to process a request for registry information access.

Companies can request access to the NemKonto register by completing the form below.

1. Download and complete the form.
2. Attach valid documentation:
   • Copy of the company's articles of association (sole proprietorship excluded).
   • Copy of valid ID for the signee of the company.
3. Submit the form and documentation securely in one of the following ways:

You can object to the Danish Agency for Digital Government if you think that your information is incorrect. Then the Danish Agency for Digital Government will consider the case and send its decision to you. The objection must be in writing, contain the company’s CVR number and be sent to:

However, if your objection concerns a payment-specific account, to which a particular public authority makes payments, you have to send the objection to the relevant public authority and not the Agency for Digital Government. The public authority will then process the case and send its decision to your company.
