An active company has the option to receive payments from the ventekonto, even if the company does not have a NemKonto.
However, we recommend that the company assigns a NemKonto if possible. Once the company has a NemKonto, all future payments from public payers - as well as funds in the ventekonto - will be automatically transferred to the designated account. This is the fastest way to receive funds from Danish public authorities.
If you wish to have the money paid out to an account that is not registered as the company's NemKonto, please be aware that you may find yourself in the same situation again in the future if you need to receive new payments from public authorities. You should also be aware that this may violate the terms and conditions of the account to which the payment is intended and could lead to the financial institution choosing to terminate the business relationship.
Furthermore, the processing time for payments without a NemKonto is longer than for automatic payments to a NemKonto.
If you still wish to receive the company’s payment without a NemKonto, you have the following options:
With MitID Erhverv
- Click the link to open the digital form for manual payments for active businesses from the ventekonto. Here, the company can fill in its details and submit the necessary documentation.
- Log in with MitID Erhverv.
- It is also possible to log in with MitID Privat til Erhverv.
- The application must comply with the company's signing authority but can be completed by individuals other than those authorized to sign.
- If the company is a sole proprietorship, the owner must complete the form.
- After completing the form, a link for digital signature will be sent to the authorized signatories.
Without MitID Erhverv
If the company does not have MitID Erhverv and you wish to receive a manual payout from the ventekonto, the company must send the following documentation to the Agency for Digital Government, and they will process the payout:
- Physical form for manual payment for companies with a signature validated by a notary, lawyer or two witness – you can find the form here (pdf).
- Copy of valid ID.
- The company’s bylaws.
