Assign Fights to Employees With MitID Erhverv

You must be a MitID Erhverv Rights Administrator to grant employees the right to access the company's NemKonto information on the self-service for businesses.

1. Log in to MitID Erhverv.
2. Go to Menu > Users > Rights.
3. Select "Assign rights". The list of services will open.
4. Select "Staff and economy".
5. Select "Right to access NemKonto".
6. Select "Assign rights".

Note that the right only works if it is granted without limitations.

You have the option to remove an employee's access to the company's NemKonto information, if you are a rights administrator.

1. Log in to MitID Erhverv.
2. Go to Menu > Users > Rights.
3. Select the right you wish to remove by clicking the delete icon on the line. Here, you need to select "Right to access NemKonto".
4. Select the "Delete right" button if you wish to proceed, otherwise click "Cancel". You can assign the right again. The line with the right will be replaced with the text "The right has been deleted".

It is the company's organization administrator who must assign the role of rights administrator.

The organization administrator is the person designated by the management representative to set up the company or organization in MitID Erhverv.

Therefore, it will most often be the first MitID Erhverv user that has been created.
