Registry Information Access for Citizens

You can access the information contained in the NemKonto register about you in the following ways:

1. Sign in to NemKonto's self-service with MitID and view your information.
2. If you do not have access to MitID, you can request a register extract via the Agency for Digital Government.

You can use the self-service to gain access to your NemKonto information.

1. Click on the blue "log-in" button in the top right corner of the website.
2. Select "Log in as a citizen."
3. Log in using your personal MitID.

Once logged in, you can access the information registered about you in the NemKonto system.

There are no formal requirements for your request for registry information access. You can contact the Agency for Digital Government by phone, letter, Digital Post, or via NemKonto’s contact form. However, to process your request, you must provide proper identification. Therefore, you need to submit a copy of valid ID.

If you request a register extract, it is recommended that you do the following:

1. Download and complete the form.
2. Submit the form and a copy of valid ID securely in one of the following ways:

If you do not wish to access all the types of information listed above, please specify this in your request.

If you are appointed as a trustee for a citizen who is declared bankrupt, you can request access on behalf of that person.

You must include documentation of your appointment (e.g., bankruptcy order or extract from the probate court).

As a rule, the types of information listed above will be delivered. If you do not wish access to all of these types, please specify this in your request.

You can appeal to the Agency for Digital Government if you believe the information is incorrect. The agency will assess the case and send you a decision. The appeal must be in writing, include your CPR number, and a copy of valid ID, and be sent to:

If your appeal concerns a so-called payment-specific account used by a public payer, you must send the appeal to the relevant payer and not the agency.
