Private Sector Payments to NemKonto

Private companies can also make payments to your NemKonto.

Private companies also have the option to make payments to your NemKonto. These are called private sector payers.

Private sector payers can use the NemKonto-system to look up information, so they can pay out e.g. your salary, pension or claims payments directly in your NemKonto.

Via NemKontos self-service, you can see, which private sector payers have obtained your NemKonto details.

Log on to the self-service to obtain a list of private sector payers who have obtained your NemKonto information.

In order for companies to use the NemKonto system, they must be authorised to process civil registration numbers (CPR). If the companies are not authorised to process civil registration numbers (CPR), you have to give consent before the company can make payments to your NemKonto.

The company must notify you in advance that it will make future payments to your NemKonto.

Private companies do not get direct access to the NemKonto register. This means that they will not be able to look up information and make changes in the register.

If you do not want payments to your NemKonto from a private company, you can opt out of this at any time. You need to contact the private sector payer and let them know that you do not want payments to be made to your NemKonto.
