Participation in competition in connection with NemKonto.dk user satisfaction survey 2025: The Danish Agency for Digital Government’s Processing of Your Personal Data

If you have questions regarding our processing of your personal data, you are always welcome to contact our Data Protection Officer.

You can contact the Data Protection Officer in one of the following three ways:

• By email: dpo@digst.dk. If you choose to contact the Data Protection Officer by email, please do not include your Civil Registration Number (CPR) or any other sensitive/confidential information.

We process your personal data for the following purpose:

• To administer your participation in the competition connected to the user satisfaction survey.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is:

• Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (consent).

Participation in the competition requires that the participant is at least 15 years old at the time of entry. Participants under 15 are not eligible to participate.

We process the following categories of personal data about you:

Ordinary personal data:

• Email address

We disclose your personal data to the Danish Agency for Digital Government’s data processors who assist with the operation and administration of our IT systems.

We do not transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU or EEA.

We store your personal data until the end of the competition.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the contact information provided above under point 1.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing we carried out based on your previously granted consent up until the time of withdrawal. Your withdrawal therefore only takes effect from that time.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

Right of access
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, as well as further information.

Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about yourself corrected. You also have the right to have your data supplemented with additional information if this will make your personal data more complete and/or up to date.

Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have your personal data erased before our general deadline for deletion.

Right to restriction of processing
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. If processing is restricted, we may only process the data — except for storage — with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important societal interests.

Right to object
In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
