Participation in user satisfaction survey on NemKonto.dk: The Danish Agency for Digital Government’s Processing of Your Personal Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To continuously improve NemKonto by examining citizen satisfaction through analyses of responses in the user satisfaction survey.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is:

• Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

We process the following categories of personal data about you, depending on what you choose to provide in your response to the satisfaction survey:

Ordinary personal data:

• Age
• Gender
• Level of education

We disclose your personal data to the Danish Agency for Digital Government’s data processors who assist with the operation and administration of our IT systems.

We do not transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU or EEA.

When the purpose of the processing no longer applies, your personal data will be deleted, anonymised, or transferred to the archives in accordance with the Danish archiving legislation.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

Right of access
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, as well as further information.

Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have your data erased before our general deletion timeline.

Right to restriction of processing
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. If processing is restricted, we may only process the data — except for storage — with your consent, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important societal interests.

Right to object
In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.

Right to data portability
In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have these data transmitted from one controller to another without hindrance.
